How to Use
How to Use
With clean hands, remove one suppository from the wrapper and gently insert it into the vagina as far as is comfortable. If the suppository has softened, place it in the refrigerator until it firms before use.
This may be done while lying on your back with knees bent.
Once inserted, the suppository will melt with body temperature. For best results, insert before bedtime and remain lying down for a short period to help minimize leakage.
Some discharge or leakage is normal and expected; use of a panty liner may be helpful. Use one suppository every 2–3 nights, or as needed. Do not use more than one suppository at a time.
For vaginal use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

I've only used it three times so far but had good results. I'm transitioning from using an estrogen insert for many years so I want to see how it works over time, hence the 4 stars at this point. I also appreciate no plastic with the suppositories as there was with to the estrogen insert. I'm reducing as much plastic in my life as possible.

This stuff is magic. I have tried to many other products found at local pharmacies. I just needed relief from menopause dryness and itching. All of the products help so much and takes away the anxiety and uncomfortable symptoms.

These two provided me with so much comfort after dealing with the ramifications of Tamoxifen. I am so grateful for these products and the wash, which I just got at Target, is amazing also!!
