    Here's what happened. I developed a bad head cold last week, with the requisite constant blowing of the nose, which led to a rough, sore area below the nose above the lip. I thought, well, if this stuff works where it's supposed to, why not there? Voila! Very soothing and made the public lip area feel very nice. Spread the word.
