How to Use

With clean hands, remove one suppository from the wrapper and gently insert it into the vagina as far as is comfortable. If the suppository has softened, place it in the refrigerator until it firms before use.
This may be done while lying on your back with knees bent.
Once inserted, the suppository will melt with body temperature. For best results, insert before bedtime and remain lying down for a short period to help minimize leakage.
Some discharge or leakage is normal and expected; use of a panty liner may be helpful. Use one suppository every 2–3 nights, or as needed. Do not use more than one suppository at a time.
For vaginal use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

For best results use the Suppository within 12 months of opening.

    Definitely worth it

    I was skeptical...did a lot of research before settling on Medicine Mama for my trial run with hyaluronic suppositories. I definitely don't want to use something harsh, but I also want it to work. Decided to get the balm with it because why not?

    They both are so fantastic. The balm has made everything down there feel soft and no longer itchy from dryness. The suppositories worked after the first use. I did get a little bit of "leakage" overnight but I had put a panty liner in my sleep undies to "just in case" and the amount was nothing that the liner couldn't handle. I wouldn't say that I lack all moisture, but as I'm now dealing with some peri-menopause symptoms, I wanted to deal with the changes BEFORE they become problematic.

    I've been using the suppositories every 3-4 days now, and I feel like everything is back to what I consider normal for me.

    I am soooo grateful for these products! Before I purchased them, I read so many reviews! In one of the reviews I read, the woman said that these products gave her, her life back! That really hit me! I agree 100%! I wish every woman, who is my age (65) knew about how the balm replenishes the skin, that the wash gently cleanses, the intimate glide is the best, and the suppositories take away the dryness. Yay for Medicine Mama!!

    I like everything about it

    I was just diagnosed an auto immune disease that affects my vagina. The treatment entails keeping things very moist and this product is doing the trick. From Lube application during the day to enhancing sexual activities I’m happy with the product.
