How to Use
How to Use
Vulva Balm:
Scoop out a small amount with clean, dry fingers and massage into vulvar skin (includes inner and/or outer labia, the clitoris, vaginal opening or mons pubis) to moisturize intimate skin.
Use daily for hydration or anytime you need relief from vulvar dryness or discomfort due to:
Menopause, Perimenopause or Postpartum
Sexual activity
Post shaving or waxing
Chafing from exercise or clothing
Intimate Glide:
Use as needed to supplement your body's natural moisture during sex or for everyday hydration. Apply externally to vulva or penis, or internally to vagina or anus, adding more product as desired. Easily washes away with warm water.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Intimate Glide has a two-year shelf life, and should be used within 12 months of opening.
Vulva Wash:
Dispense a quarter size amount of the feminine wash product into hands or soft sponge and apply directly to skin. Rinse clean with warm water.
Vaginal Suppository:
With Clean hands, remove 1 suppository from the wrapper and carefully insert deeply into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Ensure that the suppository is in solid form, if not place in the refrigerator to solidify.
This should be done while lying on your back with your knees bent.
Once inside the vagina, the suppository melts. Insert before bedtime and lie down as soon as possible to keep leakage at a minimum.
Some discharge or leaking is normal and expected overnight; use of a panty liner is recommended as needed. Repeat once every 2-3 nights. Do not insert more than 1 at a time.

Q&A
How does VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppository work?
VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppository with Hyaluronic Acid delivers targeted hydration with 5 mg of hyaluronic acid to support comfort and moisture balance in delicate vaginal tissue.
As estrogen declines during menopause, the vaginal lining naturally loses collagen and its ability to retain water. This can lead to dryness, thinning, and discomfort. Hyaluronic acid—a molecule found naturally in the body that binds up to 1,000 times its weight in water—helps replenish this lost hydration. We’ve paired it with nutrient-rich sweet almond oil, which locks in moisture and nourishes sensitive tissue.
Together, these ingredients help restore natural suppleness, soothe irritation, and promote lasting comfort.
How often should I use the vaginal moisturizer suppository?
Use once every 3 nights or as-needed to restore moisture.
How fast can I expect to see results?
Relief begins with the very first use, as hyaluronic acid immediately starts replenishing vaginal moisture and soothing dryness. Clinical research shows meaningful improvement within the first week, with dryness reduced by up to 49% in as little as nine days¹. With consistent daily use, results continue to build—after one month, women reported 84% less vaginal dryness, 86% less itching and burning, and 57% less pain with intimacy¹. Continued use over three months helps maintain healthy hydration, resilience, and lasting comfort.
Are Medicine Mama products estrogen free?
All of our products are hormone and soy free.
What causes vaginal dryness?
Vaginal dryness is something many women experience, though the reasons can vary throughout life. During menopause, lower estrogen levels affect the way vaginal tissue functions—reducing natural hydration, slowing blood flow, and gradually thinning the tissue itself. But menopause isn’t the only time dryness can appear. Shifts in hormones while breastfeeding, the use of certain medications like birth control, and lifestyle factors such as smoking can all play a role. No matter the cause, it’s a common and manageable part of women’s health.
Can I use VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppository before sex?
For best results, allow about an hour for the suppository to fully absorb, though timing may vary from woman to woman. VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppositories are designed to work gently with your body, and absorption can feel a little different for everyone. Please note: they are not compatible with natural rubber latex, polyurethane, or polyisoprene condoms.
Can I use VMAGIC® Vaginal Moisturizer if I’m currently on HRT?
Yes. VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppositories are hormone-free and safe to use alongside hormone replacement therapy (HRT). While HRT helps address systemic symptoms of menopause, our suppositories provide localized hydration with hyaluronic acid to directly soothe and moisturize vaginal tissue. Together, they can complement each other to support comfort and intimate wellness.
As always, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before beginning any new regimen to ensure it’s right for you.

Perimenopause hit me a few weeks ago like a Mack truck. All of a sudden, where I used to have moisture I now had a desert. Dryness led to itchiness which led to misery.
I started using a hormone replacement cream which helped a little, but not enough to provide any lasting comfort let alone relief. Enter Medicine Mama.. I opted to purchase this kit so I could try the different products they offer all in one bundle and I will tell you I am not disappointed!
I literally received my package yesterday, used both the balm and suppository, and FINALLY have full relief for the first time since my symptoms started. I also had the chance to use the wash (a little goes a long way!), and it felt so wonderful and smooth on my skin. Hooray for great products that actually do what they advertise!

I was hopeful when ordering this product. I had tried one other product and was disappointed as it did not help. I waited until I had used medicine mama for two weeks to make sure I didn’t experience any issues. And thus far it has been an answer to an unbearable situation….. menopause dryness. Thank you
