    How to Use

    Vulva Balm:
    Scoop out a small amount with clean, dry fingers and massage into vulvar skin (includes inner and/or outer labia, the clitoris, vaginal opening or mons pubis) to moisturize intimate skin.

    Menopause, Perimenopause or Postpartum

    Intimate Glide:
    Use as needed to supplement your body's natural moisture during sex. Apply externally to vulva or penis, or internally to vagina or anus, adding more product as desired. Easily washes away with warm water.

      I’ve been suffering from vulvar vaginal dryness and all the associated aggravation that goes with post surgical menopause. The tears, itching and super tender skin was driving me crazy and really put a damper on sexual relations with my husband. Tried all kinds of other products that boasted they were “ the fix”, and they were duds. So after more research, I decided to try Medicine Mama’s Ultimate Hydration Trio and really wish I’d done it sooner! The almost instantaneous relief provided by the vulvar wash and balm almost made me cry. I had itching bouts that were so bad, I’d get myself raw, and the minute the balm hit my tissues, it was like a switch that turned the itchiness off. VERY impressed with this product! I can feel my tissues plumping with the balm as it hydrates. After about a week of rehydrating my nether region, we tried out the intimate glide and WOW! Husband said he could see and feel my tissues were hydrated, more like when I was younger, so that’s a real plus! I am so thankful for this product!
