How to Use
How to Use
Vulva Balm:
Scoop out a small amount with clean, dry fingers and massage into vulvar skin (includes inner and/or outer labia, the clitoris, vaginal opening or mons pubis) to moisturize intimate skin.
Use daily for hydration or anytime you need relief from vulvar dryness or discomfort due to:
Menopause, Perimenopause or Postpartum
Sexual activity
Post shaving or waxing
Chafing from exercise or clothing
Vaginal Suppository:
With clean hands, remove one suppository from the wrapper and gently insert it into the vagina as far as is comfortable. If the suppository has softened, place it in the refrigerator until it firms before use.
This may be done while lying on your back with knees bent.
Once inserted, the suppository will melt with body temperature. For best results, insert before bedtime and remain lying down for a short period to help minimize leakage.
Some discharge or leakage is normal and expected; use of a panty liner may be helpful. Use one suppository every 2–3 nights, or as needed. Do not use more than one suppository at a time.
For vaginal use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Q&A
How does VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppository work?
VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppository is designed to provide moisture and comfort to the vaginal area using hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring ingredient known for its ability to hold water. Each suppository contains 5 mg of hyaluronic acid to help maintain moisture where dryness can occur.
Hyaluronic acid helps attract and retain moisture on the surface of the vaginal area, supporting a more comfortable, hydrated feel. It’s paired with naturally derived glycerides that help soften and condition sensitive skin for added comfort.
Together, these ingredients are designed to support everyday vaginal comfort and help ease dryness-related discomfort.
How often should I use the vaginal moisturizer suppository?
Use one suppository every 3 nights, or as needed, to help maintain moisture and comfort.
How fast can I expect to see results?
Some women notice added moisture and comfort soon after the first use. With regular use, comfort and hydration may continue to improve over time. Individual experiences vary, and consistency can help support ongoing moisture and comfort.
Are Medicine Mama products estrogen free?
All of our products are hormone and soy free.
What causes vaginal dryness?
Vaginal dryness is something many women experience, though the reasons can vary throughout life. During menopause, lower estrogen levels affect the way vaginal tissue functions—reducing natural hydration, slowing blood flow, and gradually thinning the tissue itself. But menopause isn’t the only time dryness can appear. Shifts in hormones while breastfeeding, the use of certain medications like birth control, and lifestyle factors such as smoking can all play a role. No matter the cause, it’s a common and manageable part of women’s health.
Can I use VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppository before sex?
For best results, allow about an hour for the suppository to fully absorb, though timing may vary from woman to woman. VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppositories are designed to work gently with your body, and absorption can feel a little different for everyone. Please note: they are not compatible with natural rubber latex, polyurethane, or polyisoprene condoms.
Can I use VMAGIC® Vaginal Moisturizer if I’m currently on HRT?
Yes. VMAGIC® Vaginal Suppositories are hormone-free and safe to use alongside hormone replacement therapy (HRT). While HRT helps address systemic symptoms of menopause, our suppositories provide localized hydration with hyaluronic acid to directly soothe and moisturize vaginal tissue. Together, they can complement each other to support comfort and intimate wellness.
As always, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before beginning any new regimen to ensure it’s right for you.

As a woman, I couldn't live and feel totally comfortable without VMAGIC . I especially love it after a shower when I am totally clean everywhere and use VMAGIC Vulva Wash when my shower is finished to nourish and support pH.
Question I need an answer from Medicine Mama: After using VULVA wash for a few seconds do I wash it off or leave it on? Thank you for answering my question.

THIS!! I'm 63 and have been using the wash/balm/lubrication bundle and I've been quite pleased with the results. But after having my sex life dwindle down to virtually none due to dryness, discomfort and pain, I felt like these suppositories would help round things out and were worth a shot. Having used these 2-3x per week for a little over a month, I can finally say my husband and I are enjoying sex again. YES!! My internal tissue has become much more supple and my vagina is cooperating nicely these days. Even the day after insertion I have not experienced much discharge which is probably proof that these vaginal suppositories were the answer to a 'sore' subject!
I highly recommend this stuff and want to thank Medicine Mama for many great products that truly deliver. Much Love 💕☺️

These little suppositories are soothing to vaginal tissue. I use them on alternate days from estradiol cream and all of my tissues stay nice and healthy. They can be a wee bit messy when they melt, but it is not been a real bother for me.
