What is the Risk Free 30-Day return policy?
We want you to love your purchase and since we believe in them so much, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all full priced products. Simply email our customer support team at info@mdmama.com with your order number and description of the issue you are experiencing, and we would be happy to help you.
Can I return or exchange and item?
We find that the extra cost of shipping plus emissions don’t add up for exchanges and returns on intimate products. However, we want you to be in love with your purchase. So, if you experience any issues with your order, received something in error or are unhappy please reach out to Customer Support at info@mdmama.com and we would be happy to make it right.

Does Medicine Mama offer discount codes or coupons?
We’re committed to creating high-quality products that are sustainably and responsibly made while offering every day best pricing. Because of this commitment, we rarely offer sales outside of our Subscribe & Save (25% Off) and Bundles and Gift Sets (20% Off) promotions.
Instead, we use only the best organic materials, practice sustainable, and pay everyone involved equitably and promptly.

When will my order arrive?
We ship all our orders through USPS and UPS. You will receive a tracking number in an email after you place your order, at which time you can track your shipment’s progress on the USPS and UPS websites. Most orders arrive within seven days.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to 180+ countries via iHerb
How is the rate calculated for international orders?
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and UPS International and rates vary based on location, your calculated rate will be determined during the checkout process. These rates are not controlled by Medicine Mama.
What do I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Subscriptions
How can I manage my subscription?
You can access your customer portal through your store account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout for your subscription order.
Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
You can also access your account using a customer portal magic link. This magic link is typically sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.
Can I change the date my subscription order ships?
To change the date your subscription order ships, simple Login to your customer portal to adjust the order date:
- Click Subscriptions and then click on Edit.
- You will be taken to a page where you can edit the next order date for your subscription.
- Once you select the new charge date you can click on the Update next shipment date
How can I pause or cancel a subscription?
To pause your subscription:
- Login to your customer portal.
- Click Subscriptions and select the subscription you would like to pause.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.
- On the "Would you like to pause instead?" pop-up, select the amount of time you would like to pause your subscription if you want to pause instead of cancel.
- Take note of the next shipment date, which will reflect the pause duration.
- Click Pause Subscription.
There is no unpause button in the customer portal. If you would like to reactivate your subscription before the next shipment date, locate the paused subscription on the Subscriptions page of the customer portal and click Order now.
To cancel your subscription:
- Login to your customer portal.
- Click Subscriptions and Edit.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription. If required, provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
How can I update my shipping address for my subscription?
You can update existing shipping addresses from the Shipping tab:
- Login to your customer portal.
- Click on Shipping. This will display all shipping addresses on your customer account.
- Click the link on a specific address will allow you to update it as needed or click on the Add New Shipping Info button to add an address.
What if I want to skip a subscription delivery?
Login to your customer portal to skip a delivery:
- Click the Upcoming Orders tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
- Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click unskip next to the order.

How can I see my previous orders?
Simply log in to your account and select orders to view a complete order history.

®VMAGIC Vulva Balm is intended for external use, however, if it happens to come into contact with your vagina (interior region), there is no need to worry as the ®VMAGIC Vulva Balm products are 100% organic, free of chemicals and lab-tested for safety.
Do your products contain any potentially harmful ingredients?
Our mission is to create the highest quality natural products possible, which is why all Medicine Mama products are made from ONLY pure, certified organic ingredients. In accordance with California’s Toxic-Free Cosmetics Act, our products do not—and never will—contain any of the following: formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde, methylene glycol, quaternium-15, mercury, dibutyl/diethyl hexyl phthalates, isobutyl/isopropyl parabens, any member of the family of toxic chemicals known as PFAS, and M- and o-phenylenediamine.
How often should I use the ®VMAGIC Vulva Balm? When will I see results?
For optimal skin health, use ®VMAGIC daily, reapplying as often as needed or desired.

I'm allergic to bees—can I use your products?
That is a great question and one we get often. Allergies to bee stings actually have no relation to honey and hive products as they are caused by bee venom, a completely different chemical compound. If you are concerned about potential allergies to honey and hive products, we do suggest you try a tiny dab first—but all Medicine Mama products are lab-tested to be 100% zero allergen non-irritant.
Is any harm done to the bees when you obtain the honey and/or propolis used in your products?
Medicine Mama and our suppliers are committed to sustainable and responsible sourcing practices. Our products are certified cruelty-free and contain ingredients that have been traced back to the point of origin to ensure they have been ethically and legally sourced.
What does "organic" really mean?
Organic means that no chemical fertilizers, synthetic substances, irradiation, sewage sludge or genetically modified organisms (GMOs) were used in or around the raw materials being used, or the facility in which the products are manufactured. We are proud to offer certified organic skincare products that are made with organic oils, beeswax and honey, and free of all parabens, sulfates, fragrances and chemical synthetic fillers.
What is the expiration date?
Every Medicine Mama product is made with careful attention to quality. On the bottom of every package, you'll see a 5-digit number called a Julien date (the date when the product was produced): the first 2 numbers indicate the year, and the last 3 indicated the day of the year. Product expiration is 2 years from this date.

Where are Medicine Mama products made?
All products are manufactured in the USA.
Where do I find the expiration date?
Each product’s batch date is heat-stamped on our label on the bottom of the container, either above or below the barcode. Most of our products use the Julian date for batch date, which is the production date. This is considered to be the number of elapsed days since the beginning of a particular year. The first two digits of the code are the last two digits of the year, followed by the number of elapsed days. For example, the Julian date in 5-digit format for the calendar date of 06/09/2020 would be 20161.
On some of our products, the batch date is listed in the format using the first digit for the year (for example, 2020 = 0), the following two digits are the month (for example, June = 06), followed by the last two digits representing the day. The date of 06/09/2020 in this format is listed as 00609.
The expiration date is two years after the stamped batch date.

Rest assured, the formula has not changed. The reason the color/scent of the products can change is because we source organic raw materials. Depending on the season and nectar/flower source, the honey, olive oil and beeswax can vary in color from bright yellow to greenish brown. The scent and color of our products are never manipulated or processed with de-colorants or deodorants, which allows for this variation, but the efficacy and quality always remain intact.
