    Amazing product and customer service

    I use the vulva balm to manage and aide in recovering from a chronic pain condition triggered by an IUD I had inserted over a year ago. This balm has made a huge difference in my quality of life - most days, the pain is minimal, and I even have some days where I’m pain-free.

    About the product itself: a little bit goes a long way. It’s as moisturizing and protective as Vaseline, but without the stress of impossible stains, which I love - I’m stressed enough about my health, so I don’t need to be stressed about my clothes too.

    About the customer service: I cannot recommend Medicine Mama enough. I had ordered the balm when I was low on my current stock, thinking it would arrive before I ran out. My order got stuck with the delivery service, so they had to send me a new one - this meant I would run out before my new supply arrived. I explained my situation: that the progress I made in healing would be set back and I would experience elevated pain levels until the new order arrived. Medicine Mama’s customer service was so empathetic and compassionate towards my situation. They helped me figure out an alternative solution so that I would get the new balm the next day, and I wouldn’t be without it. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about the health and well-being of its customers like this, on top of already providing a life-changing product (not to sound dramatic. But finding a product that minimizes chronic pain like this genuinely is life-changing).

    I ride my bike every single day and rack up hundreds of miles a week and even with the proper clothes and saddles, I would often get ingrown hairs and small cuts from riding a bike so frequently. However, since starting to use the balm I haven't had a single ingrown hair and have avoided a lot of pain. I would have never thought using this balm everyday would be such a game changed but it really has helped so much.
