    How to Use

    Vulva Balm:
    Scoop out a small amount with clean, dry fingers and massage into vulvar skin (includes inner and/or outer labia, the clitoris, vaginal opening or mons pubis) to moisturize intimate skin.

    Use daily for hydration or anytime you need relief from vulvar dryness or discomfort due to:

    Menopause, Perimenopause or Postpartum
    Sexual activity
    Post shaving or waxing
    Chafing from exercise or clothing

    Intimate Glide:
    Use as needed to supplement your body's natural moisture during sex. Apply externally to vulva or penis, or internally to vagina or anus, adding more product as desired. Easily washes away with warm water.

    Store in a cool, dry place. Latex Condom Compatible.

    Intimate Glide has a two-year shelf life, and should be used within 12 months of opening.

    Intimate Glide has been clinically tested and is hypoallergenic. However if you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test to confirm the product is compatible with your skin.
